These terms govern your use of anchormere.com and the sourcing, build-to-print (OEM) and joint-manufacturing services described on it. Last updated: 2026-10-28. This is a template — have it reviewed by qualified legal counsel and adapt to your contracts before reliance.
The site is operated by 深圳森亚实业有限公司 (Shenzhen Senya Industrial Co., Ltd.) ("we", "us"). We are a supply-chain integration coordinator, not a single manufacturer. We source, route and consolidate orders across vetted Greater Bay Area workshops and act as a single accountable point of contact. Website content is informational and does not by itself form a binding offer.
Quotes (including the 48-hour indicative quote) are non-binding estimates. A contract is formed only on a confirmed purchase order (PO) or signed agreement specifying price, quantity, specifications, Incoterms and payment terms. Product specifications are subject to sample or final confirmation before mass production.
Prices are quoted per inquiry. Standard accessories typically carry a minimum of 50 pcs per item, with mixed-SKU consolidation available. A common arrangement is 30% deposit to start production and 70% against shipping documents; final terms are confirmed per PO.
Lead times are estimates stated at quotation and may vary with volume and material. Delivery terms follow the Incoterms stated on the PO. We consolidate and document shipments but are not the carrier; transit risk follows the agreed Incoterms.
Customer drawings, samples and specifications remain the customer's property. The customer warrants that supplied materials do not infringe third-party IP and indemnifies us accordingly. We share drawings only with the workshop assigned to your PO and offer NNN / confidentiality terms on request. Our trademarks (Anchormere, Buyeex, 锚泊) may not be used without permission.
We comply with applicable import/export and trade-control laws. We do not knowingly supply parties or destinations subject to sanctions, or items classified as controlled/military. The customer is responsible for compliance with the import rules of the destination market and for any required certifications (e.g., CE, UL, RoHS) — we assist with documentation but certification responsibility rests with the customer/declared product.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages. Our aggregate liability under any order is limited to the amounts paid for that order. We are not a manufacturer and do not warrant fitness for a particular use beyond the agreed specification; the assigned workshop's work is managed and QC-checked by us but final fitness decisions rest with the customer's confirmation/sample sign-off.
Neither party is liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond reasonable control (natural disaster, pandemic, transport or customs disruption, governmental action).
These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Disputes should first be resolved by negotiation; failing that, submitted to the competent courts / arbitration in Shenzhen (e.g., Shenzhen Court of International Arbitration — SCIA).
We may update these terms; the "last updated" date reflects the latest version. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Contact:
